Make a list check the blocklist for the subscribe action

• go to your list Admin section, then "Edit list config" → "Privileges"
• next to the action you want to edit, click "scenario source"
• at line "title.gettext …", add "check blacklist, " at the beggining
• just after the last "title" line, add
  • search(blacklist.txt) smtp,md5,dkim,smime -> reject,quiet
• Edit Scenario Name: add "_blacklist"
• click save
